About our Hybrid Ready For Battle Basic Swords
Epic Armoury's LARP Hybrid RFB Basic Sword collection includes styles perfect for a beginning or young LARPer. This range of basic 65cm-75cm blades was created to provide economical versions of our main Epic Armoury line, including such swords as our RFB Choppa--a smaller and simpler version of our full sized Choppa.
Our hybrid LARP swords are designed and constructed to be as safe as possible. The blade is made from closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a thick latex coating. The tip is made using a strong kevlar core to protect against injury. The crossguard and handle are made from polyurethane foam, poured into a cast to give it the most detail--and it requires no maintenance. Thes handles are incredibly durable and comfortable to use.
