This fantasy dress comes in four sizes and has a high tunnel collar with an oversized hood making it the perfect costume for rogues, wizards and the occasional evil enchantress. The bottom of the frock has flowing ruffled edges, adding depth to the costume and can be tied at the sides using cotton drawstrings for an adjusted fit.
