Splint Bracers
Epic Armoury’s Epic Black Splint Bracers are a pair of leather and metal arm and elbow guards. The 1 mm thick steel couter is forged and shaped to provide the most protection to the entire elbow, including the sides thanks to an attached fan plate. The arm guards, or vambrace and rerebrace, are made from leather and a row of metal strips attached to the inside. With these three overlapping parts providing comfort and flexibility, they have great mobility on the battlefield.
These Splint Bracers feature incredible details like scalloped leather edging, and is covered with a black studded and lined suede. Four black leather straps are used to keep each of the Splint Bracers in place. Brass eyelets and canvas cords are used to attach to the forearm guard and upper arm guard. Worn on their own or with our matching Splint Shoulders and Poleyns, these Splint Bracers are sure to add some class to your costume.
